Refunds: All payments are non-refundable once the commission has started.
Payment:Full payment is required upfront for commissions under $100. For commissions over $100, payment will be split into two stages: 50% upfront (sketch stage)50% after sketch approval, before finalization.
Turnaround Time (TAT): Estimated completion time is approximately 2–3 weeks (excluding weekends), depending on complexity.
Work Hours:Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.Weekends are not included due to personal commitments.
Revisions:Up to 3 revisions during the sketch stage,Up to 2 revisions during the coloring stage
Additional revisions will incur extra charges.
Progress Updates: The artist will provide updates at key stages of the commission.
Client Responsibility:The client must provide clear references and detailed descriptions before work begins.
Usage Rights:Commissioned artwork is for personal use only unless otherwise agreed.
Commercial use requires an additional fee and a formal agreement.
Copyright: The artist retains all rights to the artwork, including the right to use it for portfolio and promotional purposes.The artist may include a signature unless the client pays an additional fee for its removal.
Right to Decline:The artist reserves the right to decline any commission request.
Confidentiality: All personal information and commission details will remain confidential.
Agreement: By commissioning me, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Reembolsos: No se aceptan reembolsos una vez iniciada la comisión.
Pago: Se requiere pago completo por adelantado para comisiones menores a $100. Para comisiones mayores a $100, el pago se divide en dos etapas: 50% al inicio (boceto) 50% después de aprobar el boceto, antes de finalizar
Tiempo de entrega: El tiempo estimado es de 2 a 3 semanas (sin contar fines de semana), dependiendo de la complejidad.
Horario laboral: Lunes a viernes, de 9:00 a.m. a 6:00 p.m.
No se trabaja fines de semana.
Revisiones: Hasta 3 cambios en boceto, hasta 2 cambios en color

Emotes
Refunds: Once payment is made, no refunds of any kind are accepted.

Progress Updates and Professionalism: The designer commits to providing progress updates during established business hours once payment is received, maintaining a professional demeanor.
Right to Decline: The designer reserves the right to reject any emote design request.
Use of Emote: The created emote is for the client's personal use unless otherwise agreed. For commercial use, an additional contract must be formalized.
Clear Instructions: The client must provide clear references and detailed descriptions of the emote they wish to create, ensuring precise design.
Emote Files: Emotes will include three files in PNG format: 112x112 pixels, 56x56 pixels, and 28x28 pixels.
Changes and Revisions: Up to three changes are allowed during the initial design stage. Additional revisions may incur additional charges.
Copyright: The designer retains the rights to the created emote, including the right to use it for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed.
Estimated Time: A timeframe of two weeks is estimated to complete the emote design, excluding weekends. This equates to a total of two weeks and four business days.
Business Hours: Business hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Weekends are not covered due to personal and work commitments.
Confidentiality: Confidentiality of personal information and details of the emote design will be ensured.
Subject to Change: These terms and conditions are subject to modifications.
Acceptance: By commissioning the emote design, the client accepts all the terms and conditions outlined.
